A race's dates or registration window look wrong
Race details are collected from public sources and races change their schedules — estimated dates are labeled “Est.” in the app. If something looks off, email us the race name and what’s wrong and we’ll fix the catalog. Always confirm details with the race organizer before making plans.
I'm not getting notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for Serie in your phone’s Settings, and that you’re watching the race in the app. Alerts go out the morning a registration or lottery window opens. If it still isn’t working, email us and we’ll dig in.
How do I delete my account?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we’ll delete your account and associated data within 30 days, as described in our privacy policy.
