Terms of Service

Serie helps you track races, their registration windows and lotteries, and share race plans with people you choose to follow. Serie is an independent product: we are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any race, race organizer, or registration provider. Registering for a race always happens with the organizer, on their terms.

Race dates, registration windows, lottery dates, fees, and similar details are collected from public sources and may be incomplete, estimated, or out of date — races change their schedules, and estimates are labeled as such. Serie is a convenience, not a guarantee: always confirm details with the race organizer before making plans. We are not responsible for missed registrations, closed windows, or costs arising from inaccurate or delayed information, including notifications that arrive late or not at all.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Serie. Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Don’t misuse Serie. That includes: impersonating others, uploading unlawful or infringing content (including profile pictures), attempting to access other users’ data, scraping or bulk-extracting content, interfering with the service, or using Serie to send spam. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You keep ownership of content you add to Serie (like your profile picture). You grant us a license to host and display it as needed to run the service. You’re responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

Serie has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. That includes offensive display names or images, harassment, hate, and impersonation. You can report any user or piece of content and block any user from inside the app; blocking immediately removes that user’s content from your view. We act on reports within 24 hours — removing the content and, where warranted, ejecting the user who provided it.

Serie is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features (or the whole service) at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms, and material changes will be called out in the app or by email.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of Serie is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can stop using Serie and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
